Introduction
Rucofix RW, a kind of wet rubbing fastness improving agent of colored fabric, is composed of lentous flexible macromolecule, capture agent of dyes and bridge-agent of fabric and dyes.

Applications
&©|61656; The dispersion stability of wet rubbing fastness improving agent in water was improved.
&©|61656; The wet fastness of fabrics such as raised and pilled fabric, wool fabric, corduroy fabric and deep color plain fabric were obviously improved, due to the introduction of silicone. The smoothness and softness can also be improved.
&©|61656; Improve the wet rubbing fastness as well as the dry rubbing fastness and the light fastness. There is no negative effect for other color fastness, such as washing fastness, soaping fastness, chlorinated water fastness and perspiration fastness.
Directions for use
A. Padding process
a) The preparation of finishing liquid
The recommended dosage of Rucofix RW is 30g/L, dilute by water directly.
b) Finishing process
The colored fabric can be treated with Rucofix RW solution by one dip and one nip or two dips and two nips, with wet pick up of 70% , and dried in 80℃¡«100℃ for 3min.
B. Dipping process
The dosage of the agent: 4~10% O.W.F; Bath ratio: 1:5¡«1:10. Dip the colored fabric in room temperature, and then rise the temperature to 40℃ gradually, keeping on working for 20¡«30min and then dry the fabric.
Attention
&©|61656; Rucofix RW can be used with the non-ionic fatty alcohol softening agent in one bath, some silicone softening agent will bring down the finishing effect, so please pay attention to choose the silicone softening agent.
